Job Summary
- Innovative Logic Solutions Inc. is seeking a full-time Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and cloud-based analytics solutions. The selected candidate will work on enterprise-level data engineering projects involving ETL/ELT development, data warehousing, big data technologies, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines to process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Implement optimized data workflows using Python, SQL, and distributed processing frameworks.
- Develop and manage data warehousing solutions using Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, and Google BigQuery.
- Manage relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Utilize big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka for batch and real-time data processing.
- Deploy and maintain cloud-based data solutions using AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Implement data validation, quality checks, and governance processes.
- Develop automation scripts and monitoring solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
- Document system architecture, workflows, and technical processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related specialty field.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT architecture and distributed data processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Understanding of database design and performance optimization.
